GUIDELINE
|
TAKINO
PATENT OFFICE, the origin of TAKINO, KAWASAKI & ASSOCIATES,
was founded by BUNZO TAKINO (1901-1979), a Doctor
of Jurisprudence and a patent attorney, in 1927
in Kanda, Tokyo.
As our firm moved from Kanda to Tameike, and then Uchisaiwai-cho,
our firm was expanded, achieved significant success
and development. When we moved to Hiroo in March 1993,
we introduced a sophisticated LAN/computer system,
and reorganized our offices. We are now proud of having
sufficient capabilities as an International Patent
Law Firm both in name and reality. Staff members working
for TAKINO, KAWASAKI & ASSOCIATES have contributed
to our office development and success since our firm was established,
and are considered to be highly experienced specialists
in every field of technology. Services in a wide variety
of technical fields are available at our firm. In addition,
we have had comprehensive accomplishments with respect
to a patent litigation, which has been a hallmark of
our firm since its establishment, license agreements
and legal consulation. Our legal knowledge and expertise
has been enriched with every success. Moreover, in
June 2009, we merged with Kawasaki Patent Office owned
by Takao Kawasaki, who specializes foreign filing,
and we changed our firm to be known as eTAKINO, KAWASAKI & ASSOCIATESf.
We determined to reinforce and strengthen not only
our domestic but also international intellectual property
operation. We will do our best to contribute to the
growth of both Japanese and global IP society.
