TAKINO
PATENT OFFICE, the predecessor of TAKINO & ASSOCIATES,
was founded by Bunzo TAKINO (1901-1979), a Doctor
of Jurisprudence and a patent attorney, in 1927 in
Kanda, Tokyo.
As our office moved to Tameike,
and then Uchisaiwai-cho, our operation was expanded
and enhanced correspondingly. When we moved to Hiroo
in March 1993, we introduced a LAN/computer system,
and improved our organization. We are now proud to
be fully prepared as an International Patent Office
in deed as well as in name. Staff members working
for TAKINO & ASSOCIATES have
always cooperated as our office
has developed, relocated, and advanced, and are highly
experienced specialists in every field of technology.
Services in a wide variety of technical fields are
available at our office. In addition, regarding patent
litigation, which has been a hallmark
of our office since its
establishment, we have had comprehensive accomplishments
with respect to litigation, license agreements and
legal consulation. Our legal knowledge and expertise
has been enriched with every success.
Moreover,
we are determined to reinforce and strengthen our
IPR operation, not only domestically, but in our
international intellectual property practice as well.
We will do our best to contribute to the growth of
both Japanese and global IPR fields.
